School Dinners
The school lunches at Longmeadow are provided by Herts Catering Ltd (HCL) who are an award-winning specialist caterer with a foundation in the education sector. They are passionate about providing fresh, local and seasonal food; improving the school meals service, and making lunchtime an integral part of the whole school experience. HCL endeavour to provide dishes that are not only popular with children, but will also comply with healthy eating standards and guidelines.
Universal Infant Free School Meals
Reception, Year 1 & Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals, and no payment is required.

If your household is in receipt of certain benefits, you may be entitled to Free School Meals, and it is important to apply for this as soon as your child begins full-time education. Those in receipt of Free School Meals will have other benefits made available to them; reduced costs for school trips, music lessons and priority for certain clubs and activities.

School Meal Prices
KS2 are £3.35 per day, or £16.75 per week, payable in advance. Payments are to be made via The School Grid.
School meals must be paid for in advance. If your child's dinner payments go into debt, the dinners will be stopped until the account has been put back into credit.

We are a cashless school. Please pay online via The School Grid. If you need help with your login or password, please contact our school office who will be happy to help you.
